Customer Connect is a new tool that will help you use the data from your meter to manage your utility usage. We will be moving all of our online functions to CustomerConnect in the near future, however you can register now and you will be able to:

  • View hourly, weekly and monthly usage reports
  • Compare your usage to prior periods
  • Request email and SMS notifications for usage that exceeds the targets that you set
  • View Billing History reports
  • Browse our library of articles including conservation tips and tools

  • Contact our office by email at utility_billing@sanmarcostx.gov
  • Move In and/or Move Out information may be provided by email or in person
  • Utility account balances may be checked through the automated phone, online, or local office.
